Hi, I’m Dr. Francesca Aitken, Doctor of Chiropractic and nervous system educator with over 12 years of experience guiding people toward greater self-awareness, embodiment, and nervous system resilience.

Across my career, I’ve worked with more than 2,000 individuals and currently run two chiropractic offices dedicated to wellness and nervous system-centered care. My approach goes beyond pain relief—it's about helping people recognise how patterns in their bodies are deeply connected to what’s showing up in their lives.
