A full-day opportunity to connect with your body, explore your inner patterns, and access a sense of grounded presence — through breath, movement, and gentle touch.


You don’t have to “push through” to feel better.

You don’t have to force change, fix yourself, or carry it all alone.

The Immersion Experience is a guided, supportive day designed to help you explore what your body might be holding — physically, emotionally, or energetically — and create space for a different kind of experience.

Whether you're new to nervous system work or looking to deepen your journey, this day is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and get curious about the patterns you’ve been living with — often unconsciously — for years.

What the Day Includes

✧ 3 Network Spinal Entrainments

These gentle, light-touch chiropractic sessions focus on areas along the spine that may be storing tension or protective patterns. Rather than "adjusting" the spine, the aim is to help your body become more aware of its own holding — so it can begin to reorganise from within. Many people describe these sessions as deeply calming, energising, or opening. Every response is unique.

You’ll receive three sessions spaced throughout the day to support your system in pacing its own process.

✧ 2 Somatic Integration Sessions

These guided sessions are designed to help you explore what your body might be saying beneath the surface — through sensation, imagery, emotion or breath. There is no pressure to “figure it out.” Simply allowing space for what’s present can support your nervous system in feeling more safe and regulated.

✧ Qigong Movement Practice

Qigong is a slow, intentional form of movement that supports grounding, balance, and embodied awareness. Practicing it together in community offers a simple yet powerful way to return to rhythm — both in your body and your breath.

No experience needed. Just bring comfortable clothing and an open mind.

✧ A Nourishing, Plant-Based Lunch

Enjoy a delicious catered lunch with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available. We’ll gather in a relaxed and mindful way — with time to rest, reflect, or connect with others in the group.

Tea, filtered water, and light refreshments will be available throughout the day.

  • Often experience overwhelm, fatigue, or tension
  • Are curious about how past experiences might still be shaping their present
  • Want to explore gentle, body-based approaches without needing to “dive into” trauma

You don’t need to have any experience with chiropractic care, somatic work, or breath practices. We meet you where you are.

  • This is not a treatment or diagnostic experience
  • We do not promise healing, solutions, or outcomes
  • This is not about “fixing” you — but inviting you into a deeper relationship with yourself

Our aim is to create a safe, well-held space where you can explore your body’s responses and patterns with care and curiosity — without pressure, force, or judgment.
